1. Who we are and what we process
Chrysus (Duket Group, Recife/PE) runs this marketing site to present the product and capture business contacts (leads). The site is separate from the platform: it does not access the database or clients’ financial data.
2. Data collected (lead: name, email, WhatsApp)
We collect only what is needed for business contact:
- Name;
- Contact (WhatsApp or email);
- Company, city and service vertical (optional);
- Consent record (date and version).
3. Legal basis and purpose (LGPD)
Processing is based on your consent (art. 7, I of Law 13.709/2018), collected by explicit opt-in in the form. The purpose is to contact you about the pre-sale and send requested content.
4. Sharing and processors
We may use processors to enable contact (e.g., transactional email service and CRM/pre-sale list). We do not sell your data and do not use it for purposes incompatible with the stated one.
5. Data-subject rights and how to exercise them
You can request access, correction, portability, deletion and revoke consent at any time by writing to privacidade@chrysus.com.br.
6. Retention and deletion of data
We keep lead data only for the duration of the pre-sale relationship or until consent is revoked. After that, the data is deleted or anonymized.
